Our SportsPlay program for ages 10–12 offers older kids a chance to stay active, explore new sports, and build athletic confidence in a fun, non-competitive environment. Each weekly class introduces a new sport—like basketball, lacrosse, hockey, golf, tennis, frisbee, and more—while incorporating structured skill development and energetic gameplay.
Classes are designed to challenge this age group with:
Sport-specific drills focused on coordination, agility, and strength
Instruction on rules, strategies, and team positioning
Opportunities to build leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship
A variety of advanced activities, including pickleball, volleyball, and lacrosse
Each session includes a warm-up, sport-of-the-week skill work, mini-games, and a cool-down.
We provide all equipment and experienced coaches, creating a safe and encouraging environment where every kid plays, every time.
SportsPlay is a great way for preteens to stay active, gain confidence, and discover new interests through movement and play.
