Event Description

Kidokinetics SportsPlay is a F.U.N. way for your child to experience sports and fitness in a Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive environment! Kidokinetics SportsPlay will expose your child to over 20 sports and activities throughout the section. Kidokinetics coaches bring in a new sport every week to keep the class fresh and exciting. Your child will experience everything from football, basketball, parachute, obstacle courses, hula hoops, and volleyball! We don’t stop there; each kid will participate in a static stretch, dynamic warm-up and cardio exercise, push-ups and sit-ups, and a cool-down every class! Kidokinetics will have your child in an age-appropriate setting and will help their confidence grow through fitness and play!
