Kidokinetics offers fun, engaging fitness classes for preschool-aged children, focusing on building motor skills, coordination, confidence, and a love for physical activity. Our dynamic programs feature age-appropriate activities that promote strength, balance, teamwork, and self-assurance in a positive and supportive environment. Whether it's sports, movement, or just having fun, Kidokinetics helps kids stay active and thrive!

Special Instructions

• Kidokinetics is a 45 minute intro to sports class.  Kids will warm-up, learn about a muscle group, participate in an obstacle course, and learn a new sport each week. We bring the equipment and certified coaches!  
• Please have the kids wear comfy clothes and sneakers on class days.
• Please pack a lunch that follows Ivybrook's guidelines.
• Lunch will be enjoyed first, followed by a 40-45 minute Kidokinetics session.
• Prompt pick-up is required at 1:00 PM.
