This program provides a fast moving, energetic, teamwork-oriented environment that is approachable and engaging. Key skills include agility, speed, accuracy, precision, reaction, and overall coordination. The game utilizes wood paddles and a perforated polymer ball (whiffle type) on a court surface modified for small court play.
