Event Description

We offer a playful introduction to sports that makes real exercise…really fun! The evidence is in and it’s overwhelming. Increased physical activity in our youth has beneficial physical, cognitive, social and emotional benefits that help them develop. We'll be at Radiant Kids every Tuesday morning in March, then swap over to Wednesday mornings going forward!
