Kidokinetics - Multi Sports Play & Fitness Program Kidokinetics Sports Play is a unique and exciting multi-sports program designed to promote sports and fitness amongst children. Kids will be introduced to a new sport each week with a focus on learning the basics of wide variety of sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and enhancing physical fitness. Sports like volleyball, kickball, tennis, basketball, obstacle courses, pickleball, soccer, scoops, golf, noodles, bowling and much more will be introduced. Every kid will get a piece of equipment and every kid will participate, every time. Our program will focus on fun, enjoyment and participation rather than competition. Each sport will cater to all developmental needs, and we make sure that every kid feels included, valued, and motivated to continue their own unique sports and fitness journey. All classes will incorporate seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development. Along with a variety of sports, your child will be introduced to age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lessons. Our experienced coaches will ensure that every kid is having a blast, while also building a strong foundation for their future athletic pursuits. Each week will be a new Sport and a new thrill for your kid!
