Kidokinetics is about building confidence and a love of movement through play as kids learn the fundamentals of 20 sports, develop healthy habits, all leading to reduced childhood and teacher stress. Parents can expect their kids to engage in technique-oriented sports activities that combine games, drills, and exercises that encourage basic skills and brain development.
