Event Description

Kidokinetics TumbleFun program is designed to provide a fun, healthy experience of exercise, games, nutrition and tumbling activities. Each session introduces new activities including floor movement, forward and backward rolls, balance work, donkey kicks, handstand and cartwheel prep. The skill building is complemented with fun games, music, bubbles and rhythm steamers to create a positive improvement in flexibility, balance, coordination with an emphasis on self confidence and fun!

Special Instructions

All equipment provided. Children are escorted to the class at the end of the school day and returned to extended day or the car pool.
